How can I track my parcel? 

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded. 

Undeliverable parcels 

If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option it will automatically be returned to Earth Major.

Import taxes, local taxes and customs duties

Please note that the prices on earthmajor.com do not include local sales tax or VAT. If local taxes are to be borne by you. Earth Major does not compensate for these charges. You can check with your local Customs Office for more information.

How to pay these fees 

Once the parcel has entered the market destination, it will be held by Customs for clearance. During this time, import duties and tax fees (should they apply) will be calculated by the present authority. Our transport partner will contact you once the order has reached the local Customs and inform you what you need to pay before the order can go through customs.
