Each Sora piece is produced in small batches, allowing our team to give more care to the pleating, embroidery, finishing, and construction of every piece.

• Please allow approximately 4–5 weeks for your Sora to be completed from your order date.
• Depending on the production flow, some pieces may be finished earlier and will be shipped as soon as they are ready, following the reservation order.
• You may reserve your piece with a 60% down payment or choose full payment.
• For down payment orders, the remaining 40% will be completed before shipping.
• As your piece enters production once reserved, the down payment is non-refundable.
• If you need your Sora by a specific date, please leave a note with your order and let our team know. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request depending on the production schedule.
